Virtual Branch

SOCU's Virtual Branch service is like having your own personal teller - 24-hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week - all from the convenience of your Internet equipped computer. The fee-free Virtual Branch services you can expect to enjoy:

Account Access

View the balance and transaction history on your checking, savings, credit cards and loan accounts with up-to-the-minute accuracy. Also, check other important information such as your next payment date on loans, dividend information on investments, view copies of cleared checks and reset your password.

Transfer Funds

Transfer funds among all of your accounts either immediately, pre-set for a future date or on a regular, automatic basis such as every two weeks. Also, make loan payments or advance funds from your Comfort Cash. Every transfer is assigned a unique confirmation number to make it easy to verify the transaction.

Virtual Mail

Enjoy the added benefit of an individual message mailbox in which you can send private messages to our Virtual Branch Member Service department. Use it to request a service, ask a question or explain a problem.

Virtual Export

Easily export data directly to personal accounting software such as Microsoft Money or Quicken.

Virtual Bill Pay

Virtual Bill Pay is the most convenient way to pay bills at your leisure. With Virtual Bill Pay from SOCU, you’ll free yourself from all of the inconvenience that makes bill paying time consuming. For Virtual Bill Pay, you must have Virtual Branch and direct deposit of a recurring check.

Technical Requirements

Here's all you need to take advantage of SOCU's Virtual Branch:

A computer with a connection to the Internet

An SSL-compliant browser to support a high level of security for your transactions (Preferably the latest version of either Netscape Communicator or Microsoft Internet Explorer which are available as a free download from the Virtual Branch site.)

Complete the secure Enrollment Application below. You will then receive a notice through the mail which includes instructions for use of the Virtual Branch service from our website, http://www.socu.com/, as well as verification of your Logon ID and temporary security code.
