Each year, we invite our members to an Annual Meeting to reflect on the previous year's successes and events, hear from our CEO, Chairman of the Board, Secretary/Treasurer, and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee.

This year, however, is a little bit different. To keep our members safe, we will stream our Annual Meeting on April 22, 2021 beginning at 6:00 pm CST.

2021 Board of Directors Election

As a Service One Credit Union member/owner, you have a voice in who serves on your volunteer Board of Directors. Board members provide strategic direction, approve policies, and ensure the financial soundness of the Credit Union. This year the Board has two open positions. We encourage you to read the biographies below of the nominees and vote. All primary account holders over the age of 16 with an account in good standing are eligible to vote.

Introducing Your 2021 Candidates

Carol Glaser, Board of Directors

 

Brenda Willoughby, Board of Directors

Carol Glaser joined the credit union in 1969. She has served on the Board of Directors for 28 years, serv­ing as Chair for two years, and previously served on the Supervisory Committee for nine years, acting as Chair for four years.

Glaser is a retired Certified Public Accountant and worked for BKD, LLP for 40 years.  

Brenda Willoughby joined the credit union in 1986. Willoughby was appointed by the Board of Directors to the Supervisory Committee and served as Committee Chair for a one-year term. She was appointed to fill a vacant position on the Board of Directors in 2005 and has served for 16 years. Willoughby is retired from AT&T, and she received her Master’s in Economics degree in 1998 from Western Kentucky University.

Brenda is currently serving as a volunteer for Hope Harbor and for outreach ministries of Christ Episcopal Church.
