SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT:
Exciting Changes Coming Soon 
To Service One! 


For more than a year we’ve been preparing for an important system enhancement that will allow Service One to provide you with greater speed and flexibility and bring you state-of-the-art technology for your banking on the go. We are working vigorously to ensure that our System Enhancement has as little impact as possible on you, our member. However, it will be necessary for us to go offline in order to convert from our old system to our new system. From Friday, February 28, at 5:00 pm through Tuesday, March 3 at 8:00 am Service One Credit Union will be enhancing its operating system. During this time frame, some services will be interrupted.

Please take a moment to review the information below so you can plan ahead.

1.    Mark your calendar for the system enhancement weekend:
           February 28, 5:00 pm – March 3, 8:00 am

2.    To ensure credit to your account:
           Make deposits at Service One ATMs before midnight February 27.

           Make mobile deposits before 10 am and branch deposits by 5 pm on February 28.

3.    All existing scheduled bill payments will operate normally and will be processed as planned.

4.    Ensure we have your current email address in case we need to send out communications.

5.    If you have not already enrolled in online/mobile banking you may do so before or after the updates. Visit socu.com to enroll.

A fast and changing world requires new ways of working. Service One is working to make the future better for our members with a new processing and digital banking system. It will be available on March 3. 

As we install the enhancements from Friday, February 28 at 5:00 pm until Tuesday, March 3 at 8:00 am, some services will not be available.

If you need assistance, our Member Solutions Center, 270.796.8500 will be available from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Friday, February 28 and 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday, February 29 through Tuesday, March 3.
