New Students: Applications open March 1 – 31 annually. High school seniors planning to attend Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC) or Western Kentucky University (WKU) may apply for a Service One scholarship. We award four (4) $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors who meet all criteria and are blind selected by a committee.

Returning Students: Applications open April 15 – May 31 annually. Returning students at WKU may apply for a Service One scholarship. We award five (5) $2,000 scholarships to returning WKU students who meet all criteria and are blind selected by a committee.

Service One Credit Union allows qualifying members to skip one loan or credit card payment to those who qualify when the offer is open in June or November. You’ll get the financial break you need without hurting your credit or defaulting on the loan. However, your loan or balance payment plan will extend for another month, and the interest on the skipped payment will be integrated into the principal of your loan or bill.

Each year we award twelve (12) $250 classroom supply grants for K-12 teachers who meet all criteria and are blind selected by a committee. Applications open August 15 - September 30 annually.
